    Current Issue: Responses are captured in the customer insights journeys for the Contact but in customer voice respondent showing as Marketing respondent wheras in the previous Module of Marketing (outbound) each response was associated to the dedicated contact.


    I was very surprised by this discovery this regression!


    It's a regression because with outbound marketing we didn't have this problem: the match was well done! why your new module does not allow this same functionality. you say you are releasing a significantly more efficient product. However, important features no longer work, such as form pre-filling which is no longer possible or also saving as a marketing form template, etc.


    Microsoft is pushing us to switch to real time but ultimately I wonder the point of doing so in the face of all these losses.


    So thank you to improve the product to allow to the associated each response if you send a survey from the CI-I app.

    Surveys should not be deleted when owner leaves the organization | Add option to reassign Surveys / Projects

    When survey owner leaves the organization the surveys that he/she owns are also deleted even if the project owner remains, in general there is not an option to reassign surveys / projects making impossible to retain surveys / projects when users leaves organization.

    Allow files / documents to be uploaded to a form

    It would be a huge benefit to those utilising Customer Voice with a Dataverse / Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise database if Customer Voice forms could also accept the uploading of files, and the transfer of those files back into the database - alongside that of fields. This would make it useful for many different business scenarios across different markets. We, for instance work in the recruitment software spare, so allowing Candidates to be able to upload files to a registration form off the back of a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise trigger / button that sends a Customer Voice survey would be hugely useful.

    survey question is a lookup to the underlying dataverse

    I would like to be able to add a survey question which is a picklist available from the account table in the dataverse where customer voice resides. As I start typing the account name it finds it and populates it. Same for contacts.

    Multiple choices limit control

    When selecting the Multiple Choices, we would like additional control on the qty of answers.

    For example, we might suggest "Select minimum 3 choices" or "Please choose two choices", etc.

    Export survey responses as PDF

    For regulated surveys, we need a way to archive the customer's responses and possibly share them with the customer or the regulation authorities. PDF file storage would be the preferred format.

    Take Survey on behalf of customer

    For our most challenging surveys, we want to make it possible to take a survey on behalf of the customer, while on the phone or in a meeting with the customer:

    • Showing an invitation on the user's screen to initiate the response registration process.
    • Allow the user to link the responses to the correct contact/account record
    • Provide a simple way to archive or share the responses with the customer (as a read-only PDF)

    Is Customer Voice dead?

    When looking into this forum and the effective changes that landed in recent Release Waves (2022 RW1+2) I see no real product innovation and feature additions. Plus the fact that obviously the Customer Voice Program Manager (and Marketing) has left MS End of 2021 makes me wonder if CV is still "alive"?
