    When i create a new question with mutiple choices in CS it will be great if i can retrieve choices values from a dataverse optionset field. When i update values in dataverse , all choices in CS will be updated automatically !

    Customer Voice features implement request

     HI Team,


    Can you please look for these below listed features in future releases if possible.


    1. To share Customer Voice Project with required users, we are not able to find AD groups. Only able to find Office 365 email ids.-

    2. How can we make same feedback template to support multi-lingual? Because in few cases, the same feedback template has to share with both US & Japan Customers.

    3.Where can we able to find below table to have control on entities by enabling or disabling the privileges.

    Dynamics 365 Customer voice survey distribution based on random policies

    Wish there is an option to easily setup random base policies to easily allocate survey distribution.

    Featuring conventional distribution based on record selection and count, is helpful, however featuring random policies for survey distribution regardless on record count, but grand total records, may potentially feature a fair distribution basis.

    Facility to link to Contact in addition to sending a link in an email

    Currently, Customer Voice cannot be linked to a Contact except by sending a link in an e-mail. 

    If there are other ways to link Contacts, it will increase operational flexibility and make the operation more efficient.

    Dataverse

    I would like to raise a request on behalf of client as in Dataverse we have option to add filters in quick find, but as per system design, it doesn't take the label "Segment" in UI, request you to kindly add this feature.

    Please allow the Customer Voice service to be installed in the Korea region as well.

    Currently, Customer Voice cannot be installed if the default region is South Korea. (even if the sandbox is not in Korea)

    Improve Delete and Recovery Options

    Add a recycle bin option to recover deleted forms from projects. Currently only form creators can delete a form, however, sometimes users accidentally delete a form they did not intend to delete.


    Prevent deleting a form if the distribution settings are set to accept responses would also help reduce accidental deletion.


    Allow global admins to delete other users forms. If a user creates a form and leaves the organization, it is unable to be removed.
