Enable to embed customized Power BI
Currently the features are not available to embed customized Power BI reports. Which could be really helpful if the similar features in D365 FO is enabled. Furthermore, entities should be opened up to access from Power BI for talent to create customized Power BI reports.

Data behind the Reports
Within analytics there should be a capability to view the detail behind data presented. For example when looking at the table of age and gender talent could allow the user to click on a particular bar and data will show of all the employees that fit into that particular category.
