Add more Filters to the embedded "out of the Box Analytics" | e.g. "People Metrics showing the FTE based on the assigned Positions

In People Management "Analytics":


"People Metrics" Tab shows:

  • Total Headcount: 807
  • Total FTE: 920,73 ==> this includes all FTE Values incl. Open Positions ==> Cannot be filtered; considered to be a wrong value


"FTE Analytics" Tab shows:

  • Total assigned FTE 794,44
  • Total FTE
  • Filter on: Assigned + Inactive + Open: 931,08
  • Filter on: Assigned + Open: 920.73:
  • Filter on: Assigned: :794,33 ==> Expected value in Total FTE on "People Metrics"


If this would be filterable out of the Box in "People Metrics" customers would have a really big benefit and increase the instant acceptance of the HR solution.
