Requested by customer, all Review fields to be downloaded, including Employee/Employer Final Scores, plus all results from Measurement and Ratings eg Rating Details Goal Name, rating given by employee, weighting and score and then the manager rating weight, score and result. All fields of Measurement, including if development plan and all activities. The request for this information has come from a customer to be able to download the information to make business decision for Bonus and strategic Development Plans.
