In People Management "Analytics":

- Total Headcount: 807
- Total FTE: 920,73 ==> this includes all FTE Values incl. Open Positions ==> Cannot be filtered; considered to be a wrong value

Due to covid-19 the need to give "one-off" payments to individual employees (multiple times a year) and record them with their fixed salary is needed urgently.
e.g.
- employee A gets a "one-off" payment of 1000€ on 1st of April and another on 500€ 1st of October.
