Variable plan award Valid from and Valid to date

Variable compensation plan award does not have a Valid from and Valid to date. This is a very important feature as Plans should have an expiry date. Also the information in the Employee Variable plan award is sorted from oldest to newest and this is resulting in misquoted comp data and complaints...

Request compensation change must list current fixed compensation plans for the selected employee, not the latest action on each of the assigned compensation plans.

With worker actions turned on, when a manager wants to request a compensation change for a selected employee in his team, he is requested to select a current action. This makes absolutely no sense! He should select a current assigned fixed compensation plan - and then, in the 'Requested' colum...

Thank you for your suggestion.  Current fixed compensation should default with the latest active compensation record. The only exception is if more than one exists for the employee. This ask is to have the plan field added to to the lookup for the "current" compensation selection in Manager Self-Service.

Addition of Compensation Process Employee Results table in Excel Workbook Designer

The Compensation Process Employee Results table is not currently accessible in Excel Workbook Designer. It would be great if this table was accessible as this would allow HR Super Users to extract the data from the system and perform an in depth analysis of the data outside of the system.

Decimal precision management for 'increase percentage'

Currently, the field 'increase percentage' accepts only 2 decimals. In case of compulsory salary increase of 0.003 which is in effect Belgium in calendar year 2021, the field needs to be able to handle it. This is currently missing. Can you please have a look? Many thanks, Kia

Ability to sort Variable compensation awards chronologically

When variable compensation award is added to a worker, the awards are sorted alphabetically. It would enhance the user experience to be able to sort the variable compensation chronologically and to make that the default view. Worker/Compensation/Variable plan awards
