Currently there's no available workaround to change form name for "Employee Fixed Compensation" page. It should be renamed considering the worker type. When it's opened for Contractors, it's still showing as "Employee Fixed Compensation", and can be confusing for users.

hank you for your suggestion. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to proceed with this functionality at this time. A contractor position is a Type of employment , hence we want to keep it generic. This posting is provided “as is” with no warranties, and confers no rights.
