Hello,
Under Compensation>Links>Fixed compensation>Pay rate conversions, there are only Annual, Bi-weekly, Hourly, Monthly (12), Monthly (13), Semi monthly and Weekly Period for pay rate. However, in some companies where employees are paid on basis of monthly 14 pay rate, there is no option to change/Adjust/Add new pay rate.
This has serious impact on how the payment to employees is made, so please consider this design change.
