We are looking for the ability to create bonus payments in the system and show an employee’s full compensation breakdown – salary + bonus. The Ability to Manage bonus payments based on the following criteria... 3 elements: - Business Unit profit performance, - Business Unit cash performance, - Individual performance based on Peformance Management outcome. Each is a percentage and the total is 100%. This then multiplies a % of salary, typically 10%, 25% or 50%. Each business can perform differently in a year We would be looking to be able to group people into legal entities and input the parameters for that legal entity and for the individual, calculate the bonus and display it.

Thank you for your suggestion. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to proceed with this functionality at this time. We believ ethat this functionality can be achieved by creating multiple Variable compensation plans based on eligibility criteria and also creating a compensation process around it. The ask for viewing a total compensation structure is getting addressed as a part of a different idea around "Total rewards statement", would encourage voting on that.
