May we have please a place in Variable to select, tick, or something that outlines if the variable salary is part of a package. Then can we have somewhere that adds the salary and the variable package together, to create a total remuneration and total cost to the business for managers to view in ESS for managing. Can the total remuneration appear in ESS please. Also, may we have in the job may we have the variables to be added to the job. This way you can report and manage total remuneration for the position, versus total remuneration for the person. That way a manager can view compensation vs position compensation. Adding varialble options is also a control, where recruiters/managers can see what can be offered as a way of a benefit (variable). Thanks in advance.
