It would be great to have a real-time collaboration feature on the new mobile application that lets field technicians chat with each each other, and share information. Please make it flexible so it can be ad-hos or around a particular entity. Thanks

Calendar View - Show week view like outlook.

This would not be addressed with Google maps or Bing on other platforms.

Thank you for the feedback - this is not an ehnacement we will make to the current Field Service Mobile application. We recommend you try out the new Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile application which has a different navigation model that keeps settings and configuration out of the primary view of a technician.

Dynamics CRM Mobile App feature
Implement "Convert to Work Order" button in the Dynamics Mobile App. Currently it is missing form the App. The only way to use it is to install another application that for the customer is time consuming and overloading the devices.

If you are speaking about the Field Service Mobile app, we do not have any plans to support convert to work order from a case. In the Dynamics 365 for Phones & Tablets app, we do not have any plans to support that action offline. However, if you are using the Unified Interface, you should be able to achieve any actions that you can in the web in online mode.
