At present we have good time recoding around work orders, however we need to record when an employee signs on for work and when the sign off. So if an employee works 8 hours but only does one 2 hour work order than we know the are 25% productive. Without capturing when they have started and finished work, I don’t believe this is possible.

To enhance this further, the scheduled board could display if the employee is available for work or alert if they have not started work.
