Thanks again for raising this item. We've implemented the most critical part of this feedback. Our new default behavior is that when a user updates a booking status to “Completed” on behalf of an assigned resource, the booking’s end time will be preserved and the end-time will not update to the current time stamp.

Create Work Order from "won" Quote - copying Quotelines into the Work Order
Service employees more often use Opportunities and Quotes to directly sell Services. Once a Quote is won it should be possible to directly create a Work Order out of the Quote, copying all the Products and Services included in the Quote.
Track serialized inventory
Allow for products to be serialized or non-serialized. If serialized inventory be able to track serial numbers. Logic to ensure inventory does not go negative and serial quantity is appropriate.

Request for the configuration from the Default schedule board to be saved for the Schedule assistance in Field service
When user is making changes on the default schedule board, the same setting will not be carries over to the schedule assistance's schedule board.

Can you please help us understand how this would be different than simply modifying the users' hours or having a work hours template that can be applied to define recurring times where the user is not working? It sounds like you're saying that the user is out on a recurring basis and unavailable from working hours. If so, it sounds like modifying the work hours calendar would give you the desired results.
If that's not a valid approach, I'd love to better understand the details to make sure I grasp the underlying need for a recurring Time Off Request.

The Field Service Time Entries capability is in Early Access, now, and will be GA as of April 2020. We're excited for the feature and hope it meets your needs.
At this time, we do not plan to implement Expense functionality.
