Booking in Schedule Board should be shown even when personal settings doesn´t match

Schedule Board,


when I have a setting to see a Board from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. but there is a booking scheduled from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. there is not hint about that there is an entry in background.

I would like to have maybe a colored bar or mouse over of that day that shows...

Create Booking Form Update

Create Booking form for Hourly view has Start time and End time mentioned.

But for Daily/Weekly view it is not present.

Requesting you to add the Start and End time to Create Booking form which will be helpful while distributing a requirement to multiple resources.
