Thank you for your feedback.

We released this feature as part of the functionality in 10.0.0. You can now mark an affiliation as "Hide in channels" which will hide such affiliations, however, if you create a special pricing or discount for such affiliations, then they will still be applied on the customers who are associated to such affiliations. Another use case of this feature is that, there are some affiliations which should not be shown to the customer or cashiers should not be allowed to add themselves to avoid fraud scenarios.

Possibility to register additional mobile phone in POS

At the moment only one primary telephone number is available in POS. It is often required to register an extra number for mobile phones as well. An new contactInfo type mobile phone which is by default available in POS

This feature has been released in May 2020. You can enable the feature flag "Capture multiple emails and phone numbers and consent for marketing on these contacts" from the Feature management workspace and then use this feature.

When using the customer search on CPOS/MPOS, the search strings entered are handled as OR-conditions. E.g. you search for 'Stadium' and 'Houston', you will get all Stadiums and customers located in Houston. Hence the list of results is getting longer - instead of becoming shorter.

Thanks for your suggestion. We are working on enhancing the customer search to allow the cashiers to easily search within a single field of their choice e.g. name, email, phone number etc. which will result in more relevant search results. Intercompany support of loyalty
