A feature to map loyalty payments on the default customer account.

Our customer has a specific request regarding the handling of loyalty payments in customer orders.

Currently, when a customer order is created and includes loyalty payments, the corresponding vouchers are automatically posted to the account of the customer who made the transaction.

Customer master "Customer since" shall be mapped to POS "Customer since" field

Customer master "Customer since" shall be mapped to POS "Customer since" field. Currently, POS is taking the Customer creation date, which is the date that the customer master is created. We are hoping MIcrosoft will map the same information since they are using the same label. Thank you.

POS: Name sequence will be set according to Name sequence in All cusomers

Name sequence should be set as same as the Name sequence in All cusomers when customer creation in POS.


For example,

we configure Name sequence as "LastSpaceFirst" in All cusomers.

Open POS, 

1) Go to "Find customer". 

2) Click "create new customer".

LOYALTY points to be converted as shown as equivalent amount in POS screen.

Let’s assume for any customer named X, total loyalty points= 10,000.

Customer X has silver membership and 1 loyalty point= 1AED, hence equivalent amount for 10,000 loyalty points=10,000 AED.
