Loyalty points are redeemed as a form of payment at stores. Depending on the Loyalty schemes redemption rules a specified number of points equals a certain cash value. The POS does not highlight what the cash value of the points are when looking up a customer's loyalty point balance. This would be a great feature so Associates could communicate to customers the cash value of their points!

This idea could be really beneficial for the salesperson who interacts with the customer. Having the ability to see how much currency value the accumulated points are worth, might trigger a conversation with a customers, or can even be showed to a customer on a secondary display...

We are improving the pay by loyalty user experience where if the cashier selects 'Pay by loyalty' then we will show the dollar value of the transaction balance that can be covered by loyalty points. We will also show the loyalty points that will be expiring in next 30 days so that the customer can be motivated to use all those points either with the current transaction or come back before the points expire

Of course, I would recommend against anything that would threaten LifeWay's ability to implement D365 in time, but if this can be done, fine. I'm sure it will take additional time and resources from Retail management as well.
