Thank you for the product suggestion! For now, it will stay categorized as Under Review only because we can't yet claim that it is planned. This feature is certainly on our long-term roadmap, but it's a significant investment and the product team is working on more immediate priorities.
Display store's phone number on Show store location screen in POS
Retail staff want to get visibility of a store's contact phone number within POS.
It seems like the logical place to do this would be on the location details screen, accessed from (e.g.) the Inventory lookup form by clicking on Show store location button.

Add Dual Display Designer to Screen Layout Designer
In D365 the customer facing dual display screen only only shows the "Amount Due" field. Previously in AX2012 showed the fields in the receipt grid on this display. Currently customers can extend the fields as shown in the following article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-op...

Thanks for this great idea. I just want to confirm that by "Start menu" you mean that within the transaction page, if you have navigated to different sub menus, then after the order is completed, you want to automatically return to the original menu from where the order taker started. Is this correct? If yes, then I would assume that it will also help if there was a button that could be clicked to quickly help the user go to start menu. This is because, the order taker might have to go back and forth even during the transaction, so such a button would be helpful. Let me know your thoughts.

Up-sell/cross-sell item functionality from the POS
Within FinOps Up-sell/cross-sell functionality is available within Call Center. Many of our clients are requesting this functionality within the mPOS and cPOS to drive sales. Please extend this functionality to be available from within the POS.
Thank you for your feedback. POS currently uses the Infocode framework to drive upsell/cross-sell type capability. We do have intention to normalize upsell/cross-sell functionality across all retail channels on our roadmap. We cannot share a timeline for this at this time.

Commerce POS - VAT Number & Number sequence group
It would be very useful to have in the POS the VAT Number field in the Customer and the Number sequence Group in the order in order to be able to post invoices with different Number sequences. This could help to separate receipts from real invoices, which is mandatory in some countries.

Thank you to everybody for your thoughts on this feature. We certainly see value in this capability, but it's also an investment that diverts us from our core priorities. My recommendation would be to reach out to the Commerce Community to seek solutions that partners and customers are already using to fill this need.
