Have the ability to change the default time entries from 11:59:59 to something else
In D365 HR, when date and time are viewed, the system automatically defaults the time to 11:59:59 similar to the Terminate workers form. The customer would like to have a way to change the default time so that it follows the current time or default to a different time.

Display employment number on employment details and in Employment entity in DMF
We need to have the Employment number displayed on the Work history tab. Also it would be great to have this field available in the Data managment (DMF entity). This is cruical for integration needs to be able to distiguish work contracts.

Ability to create true relationships between worker records
For example, in our non-profit organization, many workers have spouses that work as well and it would be nice to be able to link the worker records/personnel numbers together for quick access purposes.
