CORE HR activity overview - exiting emploee x contract for definite period

Please, set a distinguishion between an exiting employee (=definite end for some reason) and an employee with a contract for definite period (=call for meeting about contract prolongation). Currently the both types are displeyed together in Personnel management overview/ Activity which is missleading for the user.
