In Talent when viewing open positions, all open positions as at current date are shown. recommendation would be to be able to filter out the open positions that have a future dated worker assignment against them. these positions as far as the business is concerned are not actual open positions...

Highlight the expiring "terms of employment" on the "expiring records" form

If I enter a contract record (in terms of employment), I have to fill in the expiration date. It would be great if the expiring records are highlighted anywhere in the system e.g. in the "expiring records" form in the Personnel Management.
