Description of problem: At the time of Hire Employee under Personnel Management users have to manually enter the Probation Period under Employment. Users have requested the Probation Period to be auto tagged as 90 days at the time of hiring employee. Repro steps: 1. Under Personnel Management click on the Employees tab and select the Employee. 2. Under Employment tab the "Probation Period" date has to be manually selected for each employee. User has requested for the Probation period to be auto tagged as 90 days from Date of Joining.

In addition it would be great if the probation period could be entered as Human resource parameter for each Legal Entity separately. e.g. 90 days for Legal Entity 1, 60 days for Legal Entity 2. And the automatism should not apply for employment renewals, but only for the initial hiring.
