I created a custom field on the Hire new worker slider and also the worker page. However, the custom field on the slider isn't user-enterable. The field on the worker page is available for entry. Also, the slider is in a different entity as opposed to the worker entity. Is it a good idea to have the worker entity updated with the data entered in a custom field on the slider PersonName entity? This is a requirement that I noticed at a couple of clients.
