We recommend you try out the new Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile application which has a different navigation model that keeps settings and configuration out of the primary view of a technician.

Dynamics CRM Mobile App feature

Implement "Convert to Work Order" button in the Dynamics Mobile App. Currently it is missing form the App. The only way to use it is to install another application that for the customer is time consuming and overloading the devices.

If you are speaking about the Field Service Mobile app, we do not have any plans to support convert to work order from a case. In the Dynamics 365 for Phones & Tablets app, we do not have any plans to support that action offline. However, if you are using the Unified Interface, you should be able to achieve any actions that you can in the web in online mode.

Timestamp Source should be captured as "Mobile" even Mobile App is being used in Online Mode.

Timestamp Source is behaving differently in case of offline mode and Online mode.

Provide security role to limit Resco mobile users to not have access to web app

Some clients do not want field service technicians who use the mobile Resco app to also have access the desktop/web application. There should be an privilege in the security role to enable/disable access to desktop application.

Thank you for the feedback. You should be able to achieve this by assigning a technician a role for a mobile project for Field Service Mobile that is not also assigned for an app module. App modules are used for accessing the web client, while mobile projects are used for accessing Field Service Mobile.

Field Agend End of work report in PDF
