Double Opt-In Process in Realtime Marketing
Please allow us a double optin process in real time marketing in standard. This lack of functionality makes it difficult for us to use real-time marketing in the European environment. Using the double optin process in outbound marketing is not a flawless solution. Thank you.
Store the IP Address from newsletter subscribers
Hello,
from the point of view of the European Data Protection Directive it is necessary to save the IP address of a new newsletter subscriber. The data protection authorities request the IP address for the opt-ins when a company ne...
When Do Not Email is selected, de-select all other subscription lists on center/form
I have a subscription center/form with multiple subscription lists and do not email. Currently, I have to add JavaScript to de-select all lists if Do Not Email is picked. It would be nice for the system to do this by default. It's common practice.
We are no longer investing in Outbound Marketing for any new features. This functionality is already available in Preference Centers in real-time marketing. On the opt-out of a parent purpose, all the topics get greyed out automatically.

Test Subscription Center and/or Subscription Form
Today, there is no way to easily test a Subscription Form/Center. You have to publish it and push it through a Journey. I'd like to be able to test the Subscription Form/Center using my own account or specifying an account without having to push it through a Journey. Let me just open the form ...

Show related Topics list on a Contact form
It should be possible to display the actual related topics the same way it works for OBM subscription lists.
For now we can't see on a contact form, which topics did the client choose.

Real Time Marketing - Preference Page - Add Ability for Other Fields
In outbound marketing, we could do a lot with subscription center pages. One feature allowed us to include whatever form fields we wanted. Please add this to the new Preference Page.
Thank you for your feedback! We have this on our backlog and will plan to make it available in an upcoming release on the preference centers in real-time journeys.

When a customer accesses a subscription center form, they have the option to subscribe to a mailing list by selecting an authorization checkbox labeled "I agree to receive emails from this subscription list."
It's important to note that all subscription center forms come with ...
Hi,
Declining as we are not investing in the outbound marketing capabilities anymore, in general. The capability to allow customers to opt-out of a consent option is already available in preference centers in real-time journeys.

Re-subscribing through a Marketing form
Make it possible for unsubscribed subscribers to easily re-subscribe through a marketing form in Outbound Marketing (and Real time).
Today the filed "Do not bulk email" needs to be visible on the Marketing form...

General DOI Processing / Optimize DOI Process
Hi,
in D365 Marketing we can use 2 ways of Opt-In - Global Opt-In and Form Opt-In.
But both have advantages and disadvantes and both ways are not 100% usable for a lot of customers.
Global Opt-In Disadvantages:

Stop automatically opt-out for unchecked purposes/topics in submitted forms
Below I have listed a Business use case in which I have noticed a profound problem:
1. I create a marketing form with a purpose and an associated topic
2. I submit the marketing form and click on the purpose and the topic
→ Output: Purpose is opted-in, Topic...
