We believ ethat this functionality can be achieved by creating multiple Variable compensation plans based on eligibility criteria and also creating a compensation process around it. The ask for viewing a total compensation structure is getting addressed as a part of a different idea around "Total rewards statement", would encourage voting on that. Ability to sort Variable compensation awards chronologically
When variable compensation award is added to a worker, the awards are sorted alphabetically. It would enhance the user experience to be able to sort the variable compensation chronologically and to make that the default view. Worker/Compensation/Variable plan awards

"Employee Fixed Compensation" page should be renamed when opened for Contractors
Currently there's no available workaround to change form name for "Employee Fixed Compensation" page. It should be renamed considering the worker type. When it's opened for Contractors, it's still showing as "Employee Fixed Compensation", and can be confusing for users.
