Duration field update to HH:MM

Timeline - User setting - Sort on created date

Time Zone field is associated to a numeric value and can only be filtered in the views trough codes and not by text

In the Time Zone fields the end user cannot filter records putting timezone text (e.g: "(GMT-08:00)" or "Pacific Time"). Saving Filters

When you filter in any view, and click on any line to go to a different screen, and then click the back button you lose all of your filters. Can it keep them when going back?

Automatically goecode addressess - lacking functionalities

There is an action in field service than can be used for automatically geocode addresses. Why cant it be called by work flows? I can see that it exists in the system, but I cant see it from a workflow. We raised a ticket for this but no conclusion or reason was found, but not possible.

What entities would you like to use this on? Are these FS entities or elsewhere?
In what ways does the existing auto-geocode function not meet your existing scenarios?

After reviewing with the platform team, we learnt that the sorting order is based on the base language that was chosen during the time of provisioning. The base language is stored in the platform (SQL Collation) which defines the sorting behavior and isn't defined by the current user's language in Dynamics. For additional platform ideas and community, please visit  https://ideas.powerapps.com.

The platform offers a number of search capabilities. It sounds like what you're looking for might be addressed but Categorized or Relevance Search (these are sometimes also called Multi-Entity Search).

Thanks for submitting the idea. This is certainly an interesting feature however currently this is not in our Field Service roadmap. However, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future. In general you could create campaigns with Dynamics 365 Marketing app for such functionality: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/overview. We’ll also check with other Dynamics 365 app teams to see if they have any alternatives or workaround that you could use in the meantime.
