Quick Find - Configurable instead of "begins with"
On the Sub-grids within Field Service forms, the search or "Quick Find" states "Apply Begins with filter on these columns: xxx"
This is NOT configurable by system admins and means users must be coached to use wildcard (*) to override this type of filtered search to be Contains.

Upgrade barcode scanning to Visual search for text input
Currently the barcode scan function for the mobile app, wether that be in global search or on a form field is limited to QR or 1D barcodes.
I would think users would benefit from Visual seach which would do the same, but also perform OCR text recognition, giving the ability for the user...
