Please can we have the ability to format the headers and descriptions using rich text.

I have had multiple requests to be able to offer an end customer facing and customisable report including inspection sheets. This is something being offering out of the box by a number of other companies https://www.bigchange.com/ is one.

In lots of inspections, we have mathematic equation that should be completed by corresponding values measured by the Field technician, is their any functionnality planned for that please?

Inspection Templates - ability to copy Pages within a Template
We have a scenario where a series of questions need to be answered up to a maximum of 16 times. Creation of this template is very time consuming and if there was functionality allowing a whole Page to be copied to within the same template that would be very helpful.
Add Photo to Matrix Question
Hi Team, Could you please add a Photo question type to the Matrix, so that you can capture images about each row before adding a new row. this will also make for more logical reading when exporting to PDF. Kind regards, Ben
Export completed inspection (e.g. as PDF)
As of now it is only possible to export blank inspections as PDF. Many customers need an inspection report from us. So exporting an completed inspection would be very helpful instead of only a blank one.

Remove default value as an option

In Wave 2021 Early Access Release which will go GA in April, 2021 there is a new button 'Export Responses' on work order service task that can be used to export inspection responses as pdf. This is available in the new Powerapps based mobile app as well. And is in addition to the out of box capability released in october 2020 to push the individual question responses to CDS.
