Hello,

In lots of inspections, we have mathematic equation that should be completed by corresponding values measured by the Field technician, is their any functionnality planned for that please?

Best regards

Great idea. Other than mathematical formulas, the inspection reports should support formulas and logic in general. A lot of our reports also use logic based on certain measurements and test results.

Example: we run multiple test (usually around 10) against customer assets. These tests use different input values (variables) to calculate an allowable deviation from the expected test result based on the input values. If one of these measurements is outside of a predefined margin of error, the test failed and our reports highlight this single test row as 'failed' instead of 'passed'. This flows into an overall pass/fail for these individual tests. Additionally to these measurement-based pass/fail values, there are other checks we perform. For one pass/fail, the user either has to select the value. Other pass/fail are based on specific check boxes being ticked. The combination out of the before mentioned pass/fail values will provide the Field Resource with the information of an overall pass/fail value.

For the individual, repeatable, tests (10-15), it would be ideal if the matrix element from the inspection reports would allow the use of formulas/logic as well as the option to change certain columns to read-only (e.g. input value column 1 is 15 and column 2 is 23, then column 3 is read-only, showing the calculation of c1+c2 = 38).
