CRM - Integrate custom activity fields in the outlook client

If you customize for example the email or task activity and add some custom attributes it is not possible to fill them from outlook. So we need to change to the web ui to fill these additional fields

CRM - Outlook Client does not reconnect after resume from standby

If the pc/notebook is put in standby mode and you wakeup it again the outlook client is not able to reconnect to crm. It is required to restart outlook which is very annoying.
Can you at least add an "Reconnect" button to the CRM client or always try to reconnect automatically.
