When exporting Excel, if something is updated on Dynamics 365 side before importing, [Modified date] on C column is mismatched, so it cannot be imported.
It should be imported if Dynamics 365 side is updated.
The reason why the customer submitted this request is that the customer plans to set Read-only field which can be modified only by system-admin user.
Also, they plan to proceed their modifying operation on Excel import.
By adding this customization into D365, there should not be a problem between other users and system admin users.
It would be much better if this customized Read-only field is updated at least.
