Thanks for your feedback. we will investigate. I believe you may be right in use case of "new workstation", but, I don't think it happens when you uninstall and reinstall outlook as long as the user does not go and manually delete our files that keep data for sync mappings. Of course, if it is removed there is nothing to do indicate that they were mapped before to contacts in outlook. we do this differently now in server side sync. if you are still running into issues, please let us know and we will investigate.

Problem with timestamp in the Social Pane

In Outlook it's not possible to set filter for the addressbook only to active contacts

In the Outlook addressbook I want to see only active contacts. The problem our clients have is to identify the active and inactive contacts (no field available in the Outlook addressbook). I tried a lot, even with the CRM Client Outlook (and offline) filter settings but had no success.
