Decreasing Outlook startup time by moving cachefiles from %localappdata% to %appdata%

Outlook 2013 With CRM 2013 and roaming profiles creates up to 2 minutes delay opening Outlook.

The delay is caused by writing the the cachefiles in %localappdata%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Client once each logon.

We are not planning any enhancements to outlook client. Thanks for the feedback. I believe this only happens for roaming profile scenarios.

Outlook Appointment/Email/Task tracking by delegates

We have a lot of users who give their assistants full access to their Mailbox/Calendar and they would like to entitle them to track appointments/emails for them as well. The owner of the tracked activity should then be the Owner of the Mailbox (not the assistant who pushed the track-button).

CRM 2016 On Premise - Export over 6,000 records returns error

Thanks for your feedback. we will investigate. I believe you may be right in use case of "new workstation", but, I don't think it happens when you uninstall and reinstall outlook as long as the user does not go and manually delete our files that keep data for sync mappings. Of course, if it is removed there is nothing to do indicate that they were mapped before to contacts in outlook. we do this differently now in server side sync. if you are still running into issues, please let us know and we will investigate.
