Outlook 2010 Integrated Toolbar

Have the CRM toolbar form part of the Home tab in Outlook 2010 instead of being on the Add-Ins tab.
With the current format we have lost the ability to quickly promote an item from the list view vastly reducing the ease of use.

Thanks for your suggestion. Toolbar issue with Office 2010 has been fixed as part of Update Rollup 10.
