With the significant difference between CRM2013 in a browser and the Outlook client, we have found a need to create training and support materials for two 'different' user environments. In many cases our clients have the Outlook client installed so users can track email, contacts, and activities.
The option to suppress the general navigation from the outlook client would be very helpful.
