Feature to enable end users to make customization

Currently it is hard to let end user to make customization in D365 Sales. I would like following improvements so end users can make minor modifications by them selves.
- Introduce a role that will allow users to edit forms and views on an entity-by-entity basis so that they can only make modifications to entity that is used in their organization.
- Introduce feature that will enable non-coding development for model-driven application. Business rules can only set simple conditions, so they are insufficient for business requirements and cannot be used. We would like feature that will enable non-coding customization in more complex conditions.

Restoring feature for deleted Records in Dynamic 365 Sales Online version

Based on my experience, when a Record is deleted from Microsoft CRM Online version, the deleted Record cannot be retrieved unless the associated Environment backup is restored to the time before the Record deletion.
Microsoft Support Team informed me that there is a Community Tool named XrmToolBox for Microsoft Dynamic 365 which is developed to recover deleted Records. But, as I tested, Xrmtoolbox only works for single Records, and not for the associated/related Records which have been deleted with their parent Records, due to the Record ID change!
That would be great and handy if Microsoft considers a recycle bin tool for the Dynamic 365 Sales Online version for gathering all the deleted records and restoring them.Â

Feature to make primary fields subject to field security

Currently, field security cannot be enabled for the primary fields of an entity.
we can set primary fields read-only or not display them by default.
However, these settings apply to all users.
It is inconvenient to have an exception only for the primary field when we want to control the behavior of the field for each user.
The implementation of the ability to enable field security even for primary fields would allow for more granular per-user control.
When this feature is implemented ,Dynamics 365 Online will more useful.

Ability to change the total number of records in the view.

The view in Dynamics 365 Online is displayed as "Number of records displayed/Total number of records". However, I'd like to add the ability to display by page instead of by total records. This will make it easier to manage records for entities that have a huge number of records. -
When merged, the URL address of the business card is too long and difficult to understand.

It's when you scan and add a contact's business card.
Since it is a duplicate, when you merge it, the selection screen will appear.
The part of the business card that is displayed is displayed with a very long code.
There is no indication of what it represents, so it is difficult to understand.
To make it easier to understand that it is a business card, I would like the code to be shortened or displayed as an image.
The addition of this feature will improve the experience for users.

Allow to change SSSForceFilteringMethodForUserMailboxes parameters for On-Premise environments

In Dynamics On Prem we currently cannot change the SSSForceFilteringMethodForUserMailboxes parameter in order to force the parameter to users. When we try to change it via an update of dborgsetting or the solution OrganizationSettingsEditor, it doesn't work as it says that the datatype is not valid (There was an error updating your orgDBOrgSettings: Invalid Organization Setting passed in: SSSForceFilteringMethodForUserMailboxes. Please check the datatype and pass in an appropriate value.)
It would be great to be able to change this parameter.

TEAMS Dialer: Possibility to turn OFF autimaticaly created phone call activities

When there is an incoming phone call and TEAMS DIALER is enabled the system creates automatically a phone call activity, as soon as you accept the call.
The same behaviour happens, when you're making an outgoing phone call and the person picks up the phone.
There should be a possibility to turn off this behaviour of createing all thonse phone call activities.
referring back on TCK 2303280050002472 we should post an improvement idea for this behaviour.

Custom script Add Product view

We submit a proposal for improvement within the new vision experience "Add Product" of the Offers. The request is to be able to manage scripts (Javascript) that would allow to manage particular custom actions on the various lines of the board. In particular, we need to manage a new field on each line of the card ("discount percentage") that will calculate (via Javascript) the relative "manual discount" of the same line. -
I want to export the Summary field of the Appointment entity data to Excel without including HTML tags.

Currently, because the appointment entity supports rich text, the default behavior is to include HTML tags in the summary field when exporting to Excel.
It would be more convenient if users could choose to export to Excel in plain text without including HTML tags.
