Ability to manage user and system storage independently.
When Dynamics 365 Online is updated to the latest state, the storage data increases. This is the storage we purchased. We don't want to buy new storage with Dynamics 365 updates. We want the ability to manage the capacity used by the user and the capacity used by the system separately. -
Ability to notify the user from Dynamics 365 Online when storage approaches the upper limit
Sharepoint Online can be configured to send the notification email to the site administrator when the site approaches the storage limit. Dynamics 365 Online does not have the ability to notify you when storage is nearing capacity. Once implemented in Dynamics 365 Online, this feature will make it easier to decide whether to purchase storage or delete capacity. We strongly hope to implement this feature.

Ability to customize [Recent] in each app.
In the Web UI, you can check the history of past records from [Recent Viewed] of each entity. However, UCI is difficult to use because it shows all records and views that have been used in the past in [Recent]. So let users customize [Recent] in App Designer. I hope user can select something like "Show only display" or "Show only record". -
The ability to display a new window when a new record is created for a record.
When you create a new record in a record, a new window appears in the Web UI. However, UCI must discard the record being created and create a record. UCI cares about mobile more than Web. It is nonsense for users who use Dynamics 365 Online on a PC to discard and create a record each time. Please modify the fucntion to display separate windown when PC users create a record in records. e.g.)Please modify the fucntion to display separate windown when PC users create a [Address] record in [Contacts] entity records. -
I need you to disable the "phone" command for the [Activity] entity.
I want to hide the [Phone] command of the [Activity] entity without any third party tools or XML edits. These are unnecessary command buttons for users who don't use them. Continually displaying unneeded command buttons is a hindrance to business efficiency. If you can't hide it, you should be able to disable it so that it doesn't transition to the form when you click on it. It is desirable that the user is free to edit the command bar, not just this command button. -
The ability to review the application history of a patch solution from the original solution
If you create a patch solution, it cannot be exported without a roll-up to the original solution. The patch solution that was applied to the original solution will no longer be visible on the screen. You can't trust the build number alone to determine if a patch has been applied. Being able to see the history of patch application increases the reliability of whether the patch can be applied or not. We strongly hope that this feature will be implemented. -
The ability to pin the graphs that can be displayed when an entity is selected from the UCI form's "Related"
The customer has implemented a business flow that accesses another entity from "Related". The graph displayed from "Related" will be initialized when another form is expanded. We would strongly prefer the ability to fix the graphs that can be viewed from "Related". -
Feature to edit the global command bar of model-driven apps
Users would like to edit the command button located at the top of a model driven app. Currently, they need to customize the xml if they would like to edit the buttons on the command bar of a model-driven app. Many users would like to be able to easily edit the top command bar. -
Function to automatically assign security roles to users added to a security group
Currently, administrators need to manually assign security role to newly created users one by one, but this operation is inefficient. It would get efficient if security role would be assigned to security group because manual operation would be unnecessary. We wish that security roles would be automatically assigned to users added to a security group. -
Feature to extend the display area of multi-line text fields in a simple display form
Please implement the feature to extend the display area of multi-line text fields in a simple display form. The web UI was able to pop up and display the contents of the multi-line text field. The Unified Interface has a small display area and the text content cannot be confirmed without using the scroll bar. We want it to be displayed according to the number of lines specified and the text entered like a normal form.
