    The sales price is not picked up correctly if the UOM is different

    The issue is with selecting the UOM in the product master and assigning a standard conversion. The system is inconsistent, and it does not always pick up prices from the Trade agreement if the UOM is selected other than the one specified in the product master. Expected Result: The prices should be picked up from the Trade agreement either way since the UOM is specified and the standard conversion is also updated between Dz and Ea. The system should be consistent with both Ea and Dz when the Product is set up with default UOM as either Ea or Dz.

    Sales Forecast - Multiple Quotas, Annual Quotas, More than 6 Sales Forecasts & Projection

    The current functionality of Sales Forecast is very limited and certainly not suitable for larger organizations with different divisions selling different products / solutions. Right now the system only allows to create 6 Forecasts. Further it is only possible to have monthly and quarterly forecasts and there is only one quota that can be set per Forecast. All of this limits the use cases to a bare minimum. What needs to be changed: Multiple Quotas There must be multiple quotas that can be set per Sales Forecast, so you can measure against more than one target in the same Forecast rather than having to create a separate Forecast for each target. Having separate Forecasts is not user-friendly at all. In addition it doesn't allow to get a quick overview of the data. Annual Quotas Monthly and quarterly quotas might be interesting for certain targets, for others it would come in handy to have an annual quote. This again allows a user to see the data at a higher level. Maybe the monthly and quarterly quotas can be kept but then there should be a way of aggregating them on a higher level??? Limit of 6 Forecasts Currently the system only handles up to 6 Forecasts which is very little considering there may be large companies with multiple divisions, various products and dedicated sales teams. Hence the limit of 6 is way too low. It must be possible to create more than only 6 of them. Projection The way the forecast is calculated may not fit all organizational needs. If an opportunity is one, not the full amount should be allocated to this specific month, but the expected turnover should be projected, i.e. split across a given period of e.g. 12 months. This way the users can see, business from past closed opportunities is still counting against the quota, what new is coming in and what they must generate / close in order to achieve their targets in the future.

    Open .msg/.eml files from CRM in web preview (like in Sharepoint online)

    Hi everyone,


    I'd prefer if the .msg or .eml files could be viewed directly in a preview on the current webpage when opened from Dynamics CRM, instead of being downloaded and then opened in Outlook. 

     

    In SharePoint online, these files open in a web page preview without needing to be downloaded.

    Quotes: Alignment between the Quote close and Opportunity close functionality

    Currently when the User Closes an Opportunity as Lost, we get a Reason Lost option set in the drop-down menu. We need the same functionality on Close Quote as well as this will allow us to better understand and manage our Sales Pipeline.

    I want to use wildcard search in "Dataverse search"

    I want to use wildcard search in Dataverse search.

    However, "Dataverse Search" does not support searches with "*" at the beginning of a sentence.

    If it becomes possible to search with "*" at the beginning of a sentence, it is thought that the accuracy and functionality of the search will be improved.

    I would like to add the above functions.

    Request for the functionality for exclusive control to prevent concurrent updates of data in "PowerPages"

    I would like to add exclusive control functionality to PowerPages, as there is a possibility of multiple users editing the same data. If one user is currently editing the data, I want to notify another user somehow that it is being edited. Alternatively, I would like to display an error message when the save button is pressed. Introducing this feature would improve convenience for customers.

    What ASCII codes are not available in Dynamics?

    We are aware that there are currently some ASCII codes that do not allow us to register with Dynamics.

    However, it is not clear what kind of characters cannot be registered, and it is unclear what kind of characters need to be converted during the data migration work.

    Therefore, we would like to see a list of ASCII codes that are not available in Dynamics in the future.

    Track emails from shared mailboxes using Dynamics 365 APP for outlook

    Shared mailboxes cannot be tracked using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.


    You can track emails sent to mailboxes for which the user has delegate permissions, but not from shared mailboxes.

    Therefore, having this feature will increase convenience for many users.

    Undo restore function

    Dear all,


    we were wondering if it would be possible to implement an undo / restore feature in Dyncamics 365, as it´s available for many MS applications and a lot of users are used to using it.



    It would make deleting and restoring data easier. We see such a function as a real advantage for daily work.


    Currently, for example, each change must be made in turn.
