Restoring feature for deleted Records in Dynamic 365 Sales Online version
Based on my experience, when a Record is deleted from Microsoft CRM Online version, the deleted Record cannot be retrieved unless the associated Environment backup is restored to the time before the Record deletion.
Microsoft Support Team informed me that there is a Community Tool named XrmToolBox for Microsoft Dynamic 365 which is developed to recover deleted Records. But, as I tested, Xrmtoolbox only works for single Records, and not for the associated/related Records which have been deleted with their parent Records, due to the Record ID change!
That would be great and handy if Microsoft considers a recycle bin tool for the Dynamic 365 Sales Online version for gathering all the deleted records and restoring them.
