    Enhance the E-mail editor

    The CRM E-mail editor is very weak. Doesn't support properly the HTML e-mail. The format of the e-mail always changes and gives a bad end result.

    The signature doesn't look professional.

    Customize the columns on the Duplicate Records Detected view

    When a new record is created that meets the conditions of a Duplicate Detection Rule, the popup warning message seen by the user does not display very many columns or much useful information. The ability to customize this view by adding more columns and having the ability to configure the sort order would be extremely useful for end users to evaluate whether or not they should create the duplicate.

    Make Social Pane Activities/Tasks more cusomizable

    The social pane would be infinitely more usable if there was the ability to change the activities sort or based on whatever date/time field we choose, currently modified date. We need to be able to have it be the created on date-time.

    Additionally It would be nice if we could choose to present the entirety of the text of the activity in the social pane and not have to click on the activity to open it and read the whole thing.

    Lastly, It would be great if we could choose what fields are presented in the social pane activities.

    Rooms get removed from appointments

    Hello,
    We have an issue where when we add a room to an appointment and sync it with CRM, the room gets removed. It is getting changed from a resource to a required attendee.
    We have employees that are constantly late or miss meetings because they do not know where to go.
    I opened a case with Microsoft and they said that this was working as designed.

    Activity Pane displays Modified On Date in the records instead of the Created On date

    Scenario 1 :-

    1. Import an email record into CRM Organization with the Created Date set to 5 days ago. For example current date is 10/30/2015, the email's Created On date would be 10/25/2015. Make sure that you "Set Regard" it to an contact record.
    2. Post importing of the email record, open the Regarding contact record.
    3. In the Social Pane, select the Activities tab.
    4. Here you will see the date mentioned below the Email record is today i.e. the date when the record was imported to the organization and not the original email creation date.

    Scenario 2 :-

    1. Open an older email in the CRM organization under Sales -> Activities -> Emails -> All Emails
    2. Set regard it with any Account, Contact, Lead record (Record that contains Social Pane on the form).
    3.Once you set regard it, you will find that the date mentioned under the email is of Today instead of the older date.

    Conclusion :- The Social Pane grabs the date when the record was modified or imported into the organization. It seems to be that the latest date of the record from the ActivityBasePointer table is rendered in the Social Pane and the Created On date is disregarded.

    Add Subfolders to Server-based SharePoint Integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and SharePoint Online

    CRM online no longer requires you to use the list component in SharePoint for document integration. You can upgrade to this new feature called Server Side integration. The new server side integration no longer allows SharePoint folders/subfolders to be listed in CRM under Documents. Instead it only displays documents. Folders used to be available/viewable in the CRM document location when the list component was being used. Customers who upgrade to the new server side sync lose this functionality. This is a huge pain point for people who are accustomed to organizing their documents and having them displayed in CRM. Please re-add the ablitiy to display folders sub folders within CRM through the server side sharepoint integration mechanism as it was before with the list component. Or, please allow CRM customers who have upgraded to server side sharepoint integration to revert back to be able to use the list component.

    Pin Important Notes within Timeline

    Provide the ability to 'pin' important notes to top of timeline for each Contact/Opportunity. Often sales team take notes they want to refer to in future conversations - if these can be pinned to top of timeline that would be helpful during conversations.
