Unlike emails, appointment cannot be saved in a draft mode
Suggested by Nidhi Reengasia – New – 3 Comments
Unlike emails, appointment cannot be saved in a draft mode. Once you hit Save button, appointment is sent to the recipients. The request from business is to have separate buttons for ‘Save’ and ‘Send’. Also, ‘Attach File’ button is available for emails during record creation, however in Appointments, user has to first save the record (which will send the appointment) and then attach a file with the saved record. -

Error when uploading Japanese file name with Post on Timeline
Suggested by Akira Homma – New – 0 Comments
Currently, when uploading attachment file with Post on Timeline, it causes an error if the file name has Japanese name.
The error does not occur if the file name is consisted of English name and numbers, but this restriction sometimes makes users difficult to instantly see file names.
It would be great if Japanese file name, other than English and numbers, could be uploaded with Post on Timeline.

Request for the Addition of a Feature to Directly Restrict the Creation of Personal Pipelines in the Management Center
Suggested by Rin Nishino – New – 0 Comments
Currently, regarding "personal pipelines," if administrators do not take appropriate measures in advance, user development environments may be used as "pipeline hosts," resulting in the creation of personal pipelines. To address this issue, in addition to preparing a pipeline host environment in advance, we would like to request the addition of a feature to the Management Center that directly restricts the creation of personal pipelines. We believe that the implementation of this feature would significantly enhance user convenience.

Make the "Regarding" field on Appointment searchable in dataverse search
Suggested by Silje Floysand – New – 0 Comments
When you do the dataverse search for an account, the search shows results based on different fields. In our case the "Regarding" field from Appointments is one of the fields the search claims to be showing results from, but the search is not able to show anything related to this field. The regarding field is the only place linked to account when you create/track a meeting and is therefore the natural place you would expect to find appointments linked to different accounts.
In Power Apps for the field information "Regarding of Appointment" you find: the following:
Display Name: Regarding
Name: regardingobjectid
Searchable: Yes
According to what you see here you should think the field should be searchable. However, when you check the field properties on the Solution Layer is says: "issearchable: false"
When setting up "Quick Find All Appointments" and choosing the fields to "Find by", Regarding is one of the fields you may select. Even stranger that you may select fields to find by that is not searchable.
My suggestion is to change the field properties of Regarding on Appointment to "issearchable: true"

Feature to select the target field for the record name to be displayed on the Lookup field
Suggested by Wakako Watanabe – New – 0 Comments
Currently, when we select and determine a record on the Lookup field, the record name of that entity's primary field is displayed.
However, we do not always want to display the record name of the primary field in our operation.
Sometimes we want the Lookup field to display the record names of other fields that are not the primary field.
We think that if we can select the target field that will be the record name to be displayed on the Lookup field,Dynamics 365 will be more convenient.

Feature to add marketing list members directly by importing
Suggested by Wakako Watanabe – New – 0 Comments
Currently, when we add members to the marketing list, we use "Search" or "Advanced Search" to extract the target entity records and then select members. If the feature to add members directly by importing like other entity records is implemented, customers will be able to work more efficiently. -
Feature to specify multiple entities in an Excel template
Suggested by Wakako Watanabe – New – 0 Comments
Currently, we can only specify one entity when creating an Excel template. However, Word templates can specify multiple entities. I cannot accept the current behavior that Word has the feature, but not Excel, and and I think it should be improved so that Excel can also specify multiple entities. By being able to create templates that specify multiple entities in both Word and Excel, we can expect even greater operational efficiency. -
Do not remove the hieararchy icon in views
Suggested by Stig Jensen – New – 0 Comments
The hierarchy button is used a lot by our users who work with large public organizations and contractors. The feature is used on a daily basis by users around the world and is has been deprecated without any substitution.
I suggest to reconsider the deprecation of this feature
