    Visualize if a crew is complete, underassigned or overassigned by a custom rule showing an icon

    Visualize an icon in the corner of the cell in the daily schedule board when a custom rule is met or not


    Currently it is possible to customize the colors of a cell in the daily scheduling board based on the fact if a resource is overbooked, partially booked, etc. But it is also needed to show information here based on a color or symbol when no bookings have been done. This way it possible to create one overview where everything can be visualized.


    Example: Visualize if the recommended crew size is met for the crews shown on the schedule board on a daily base. All our customers work with crews, they adjust the crew composition, and they need to see in one overview if the crew size is complete, underassigned or overassigned.

    Allow to define a fixed "Question" row on Matrix Questions

    When trying to transfer existing Inspections from customer we often face the problem that the existing Inspections are built as an Excel table with several columns which always have a Question in column A and Columns B-... with the needed input (e.g. Yes/No - Value - Comment).


    While this is possible to be built with the Designer, it is not very User friendly at export having:

    1. Input Voltage Checked? - Yes
    2. Value? - 230V
    3. Comment: Everything fine
    4. Output Voltage Checked? - Yes
    5. Value? - 12,5V
    6. Comment: Too high
    7. Question 3
    8. Answer 3
    9. Comment 3
    10. Question 4
    11. ....

    The Customer getting this Inspection report is having a bad experience reading this protocol this way.


    Instead it should be possible to have some kind of Table format

    1. Question 1 - Answer 1 - Other Column - Other Column - ...
    2. Question 2 - Answer 2 - Other Column - Other Column - ...
    3. Question 3 - Answer 3 - Other Column - Other Column - ...

    But as we cannot define the labels for the first column, a User would always need to type in the Questions in column 1 each time he fills an Inspection.


    A Flag to have first Column fixed and then define the amount of rows and be able to define the first column row labels (equal to defining the column labels) would already be enough to depict the most common requirements to Inspections coming from Excel.


    Ideally more Excel like features (e.g. merge cells) would enhance the feature way more, but I can understand the complexity for this to be too much without revamping the whole Matrix feature.

    Allowing bulk WO generation from agreement booking dates

    Hi all,


    From the agreement booking dates, with the Advanced find you could generate WO's in bulk. However since the advanced find is becoming depreciated, this is no option any more. When opening the agreement booking dates, there is no default button available to generate WO's in bulk from the selected agreement booking dates. Strangely enough, when adding the "Status" column (active, processed and canceled), this button does appear and feature works. Could you look into adding this as a default available button? Thanks!

    Cloud Flow dependencies

    Show a list of all child flows in the description of the cloud flows so that we do not have to edit and interpret what it does to determine what order to Turn them ON!!!! The cloud flows to de-serialize the inspection form was deactivated (due to not being used often in the sandbox) and it required a programmer to figure out that you have to turn on the child flows (in order) before you can enable the main cloud flow that runs the overall process.

    Message box pop up when the quick search limit is exceeded

    As we have 10k records limit when we search in the quick find, when the record limit exceeds. It would be helpful is a message box pop up when the record count exceeds.

    User "Created By" details In CRM should be available

    A feature like showing details of user "Created By" details when a user created from CRM or Azure would be helpful for customers to know who created the user.


    Navigations: Go to Advanced Find -->Select Users-->Add "Created By" column-->Click on results-->Now the "Created By" column is showing "EMPTY" for the users created from AZURE or CRM and only "SYSTEM" created users are getting data as "SYSTEM". So, it would be helpful if we have the details of who created the user.

    Bulk Edit

    Adding OOB libraries on newly created Quick Create Form , should not navigates to main form when clicked on Save and new button on Quick create.

    After creating a new resource booking via the quick create form, we clicked on the button "Save and create new". It's supposed to stay on the quick create form but after loading it opens the main form of the resource booking.


    Users have added the OOB FS Libraries "FS.BookableResourceBooking.Library.Load" & "FPS.BookableResourceBooking.Library.Load" to Quick Create Form.


    Current Behavior:


    If these FS Libraries are present, when a user adds the details in Quick create form and clicks on "Save and create New" button, it navigates to Main Bookable resource booking form instead of remaining in quick create form.


    Feature ask:

    If these FS Libraries are present, when a user adds the details in Quick create form and clicks on "Save and create New" button, the Page should remain in same Quick create form,
