Schedule Board - time display - Show in 12 hr format instead of 24 hr format

The old schedule board that is being deprecated as of April 1, 2023 displayed the time across the top of the schedule board as 10, 11, 12pm, 1, 2, e, etc. The new schedule board that is being implemented on April displays the time as 10, 11, 12pm, 13, 14, 15, etc. when the display size is 40 or below. Can we go back to the schedule board being smart enough to know what time format we want to use?

Extending product inventory dimension groups

Hi,
At one of our customers, the technicians receive the insufficient inventory warning when consuming a work order product in Field Service.
When looking at the on-hand inventory level in FO however, it is visible that there are sufficient products available for the site, with the specific warehouse. However as seen in the sentence before, location is not mentioned.
The reasoning behind this is that the location inventory concept does not exist at the moment in Field Service.
Which leads to incorrect data coming from FO to CE, being insufficient inventory levels where this is not the case.
At our customer we use the data integrator functionality to once a day export and import this data from FO to CE (however duplicate detection stops the import of the on-hand inventory).
Is it possible to look into this idea and maybe provide feedback should there be another/better way or if this is on the roadmap?

"Show All" button is not available in editable grid which is not available on Phone devices

Editable Grid is not available on phone devices, so the read-only grid is rendered instead and it's the read-only grid that features the "Show All" button. This functionality in not supported by the Editable Grids.
MS should consider this in future release. This is very much effective in FSM.

Filter Resource Requirements on Schedule Board Map View Automatically - Like Old Board

Please filter resource requirements on the Map View like it was done on the old board. We have 20+ boards that we use between sales and service, 200+ resources and the original board fitlered the requirements automatically. Each board was filtered by service territory / branch

"Fix" Date/Time Entry in Field Service--already done in Business Central?

It's time for MS to get Field Service date/time entry out of the 1990s.
Evidently Dynamics Business Cental already works like this (evidently).
Intuit is a great example.
- Enter a month/day and it fills in the current year
- Enter a date with spaces, periods, dashes, slashes is fine
- Enter a time in 24-hour format and it will put the date in the proper 12-hour format
- Days of the month don't need to be in two-digits
- Years can be entered with the last two digits and it won't freak out
- etc.

Unable to customize Product Advance Find views in Product Inventory Adjustment

In Inventory Transfer , there are way to add Inventory Adjustment Product one by one. TO add each product there is a lookup and that lookup provides all products mentioned in Inventory Transfer ( parent ) entity. But the issue was the product lookup >> advance lookup view which is not customizable.
The suggestion is to provide access to customize developer to add col. , filter col. , option for multiselect , sorting etc. to that specific view.
This view is a pcf control and developer don't have any control to customize.

Hide See All Records button in Grid Ribbon

Grid ribbon has See All Records button available and this is very useful but some customer don't want to see that button. There should be some customization option to hide this button as per business requirement.

Optimize the Operation of Auto Update Booking Travel function

Observations:
With the Auto Update Booking Travel enabled in Resource Scheduling App, when a Bookable Resource Booking record is updated from the Schedule Board, the Resurce Scheduling App performs a real-time post-operation to update the Travel time and Start Time of the Bookable Resource Booking record. This behaviour results in two database updates:
- the first update from user performing a drag and drop action
- the second update is from the calculated new value of Resource Scheduling App
As a result, and SDK message registered on the field updates of Start Time will be generated two times. Hence any Plugins, Power Automate flows and Workflows triggered by updates of Start Time of the Bookable Resource Booking will run two times. However, the first run is a valid redundant, and end users are getting false information or duplicates.
Suggestion:
As the Start Time of Bookable Resource Booking is a well-attended field, surely additional logics will be applied for various situations. Please consider to update the "Auto Update Travel Time" from Real-time Post-operation to Pre-Operation that not perform two database updates in the backend.

Would it be possible to see more information about the working hours and non-working hours that are added to Bookable Resources? Information such as when it was added or modified and by who. It would be useful to be able to investigate this via Advanced Find if possible.
