  • Is there any way to restrict the upgrade to not activate the deactivated OOB PSA processes?

    Is there any way to restrict the upgrade to not activate the deactivated OOB PSA processes



    Few OOB PSA processes are deactivated manually to avoid some actions.


    However, these processes are reactivated as soon as there is an app or system upgrade.

    This is an expected behavior.


    Hence, our concern here is how can avoid the upgrade to Activate the OOB PSA processes in the future.

  • Include Import from Exchange button in CRM

    "Import from Exchange" button which is visible when we click on import from Excel button on Ribbon of entities like "Account" " Contact" etc but currently it is not supported to use.


    Kindly make this feature available, it will help users to import data easily from exchange.

  • Adding OOB libraries on newly created Quick Create Form , should not navigates to main form when clicked on Save and new button on Quick create.

    After creating a new resource booking via the quick create form, we clicked on the button "Save and create new". It's supposed to stay on the quick create form but after loading it opens the main form of the resource booking.


    Users have added the OOB FS Libraries "FS.BookableResourceBooking.Library.Load" & "FPS.BookableResourceBooking.Library.Load" to Quick Create Form.


    Current Behavior:


    If these FS Libraries are present, when a user adds the details in Quick create form and clicks on "Save and create New" button, it navigates to Main Bookable resource booking form instead of remaining in quick create form.


    Feature ask:

    If these FS Libraries are present, when a user adds the details in Quick create form and clicks on "Save and create New" button, the Page should remain in same Quick create form,
