  • File filed should be available for Dataverse search

    Current Scenario:

    We are trying file content search in dataverse but unable to make the ‘File’ column searchable even after enabling search at the environment level.


    Feature Ask:

    Please consider the feature (Make the file filed search avaibale for dataverse search) in the future release.



  • Retrieve deleted record in CRM

    A feature like Retrieving deleted record from CRM would be helpful for customers when they mistakenly delete them and there might be some dependencies on that entity, so re-creating is being bit difficult for them.


    This may reduce the time to re-create the deleted the entity or record again and again.



  • Copy /Clone of existing entity in CRM

    A feature like Copy/Clone of existing entity/records in CRM would be helpful for customers when they want the entity/records with same data but different name so it would be helpful for them to clone the existing entity/and make the required changes instead of creating a new entity/record every time.



  • User "Created By" details In CRM should be available

    A feature like showing details of user "Created By" details when a user created from CRM or Azure would be helpful for customers to know who created the user.


    Navigations: Go to Advanced Find -->Select Users-->Add "Created By" column-->Click on results-->Now the "Created By" column is showing "EMPTY" for the users created from AZURE or CRM and only "SYSTEM" created users are getting data as "SYSTEM". So, it would be helpful if we have the details of who created the user.

  • Records updated in Model Driven app takes almost 3-5 Minutes to reflect on Field Service Portal

    Hello Team,


    As per MS document any changes from Dataverse will reflect on the website within 15 minutes for both data tables and configuration tables.

    However, customer wants to have the updated data from the Dataverse to be reflected in Website as soon as possible rather than waiting for 10-15 minutes.

  • Unhide the company name field on the Lead entity to add it to the system view

    Issue Description: Cannot add Company Name column to system view


    Repro:

    -Login to affected environment

    -Go to Sales application

    -Navigate to the Lead entity and then click on "All leads"

    -Click on "Edit Columns" on the view and search for "Company Name" to add but unable to see.

    -When we open the record able to view the "Company Name" on the form but unable to add it to View.


    Note- Issue is both in both New look and old look. Tested the issue in vanilla and experiencing the same behavior. However, users wanted to add the company name to the view so help us to unhide the company name column to add it to system views.

  • Video Link in Marketing Email gets downloaded instead of Play

    When users click on video Link in Marketing Email it gets downloaded instead of Play in browser.


    So, the idea would be for better user experience when user clicks on the video link (uploaded in asset library) the expected behavior should be that is played in browser.


  • Issue in Wave 2 release - 2024

    Issue: PowerApps grid control auto enabling on the case entity due to wave release 2 enabling is resulting in fields ( such as status reason, channel, etc) getting highlighted by different colours which is causing issue in visibility and not pleasant as per UI perspective.


    ASK: Is there any way we can revert the changes of auto enabling the PowerApps Grid control.


    If not is there any way we can avoid this auto enabling of powerapps grid control before enabling for Wave 2 release - 2024.

  • Need Contains , Contains data, Begins with , ends with Filters working for elastic tables

    Issue:

    ====

    We see there are few filters are not working while searching based on Lookup Fields. But those filters are working fine in Text Fields. Please find the below screenshot for reference.

     

    Repro:

    ======

    -Login to affected environment

    -Go to Sustainability manager app

    -Go to All emissions view

    Lookup Fields

     We faced the below,

     

    Working Filters -> Equals, Does not Equal.

    Not Working Filters 

    -> Contains, Does not contains, Begins With, Ends With, Does not Begin With, Does not End With.



    As per PG team this is the product limitation however users wants to have these filters on Elastic table.
