If you are in Dynamics an open a ticket and then point on a contact there is an overlay with the contact information.
I would be helpful if there would be a similar overlay, if you point on an account.

Hello Team,
As per MS document any changes from Dataverse will reflect on the website within 15 minutes for both data tables and configuration tables.
How server-side caching works in Power Pages | Microsoft Learn
However, customer wants to have the updated data from the Dataverse to be reflected in Website as soon as possible rather than waiting for 10-15 minutes.

Schedule Board - Allow it to open the work order in a new pop-up window when you click the link instead of exiting the Schedule Board and taking you to the work order window.

When you're on the Schedule Board and you click on the work order pin via the map, it pops up a little info box. Clicking on the info pop up icon allows you to see the Resource Requirement/work order information. The problem is when you click on the work order number in the upper right hand corner of the Resource Requirement window. Prior to the Schedule Board "upgrade" in April 2023, it used to open the work order information in a second pop-up window, allowing the Schedule Board to stay open in the background. Now after the "upgrade", if you click on the work order link it takes you to work order window and closes the Schedule Board. Please change it back to allow for the pop-up windows, leaving the Schedule Board open in the background.

Time Zone abbrevations

We have a business requirement to define new Time Zones in the system, so that they are matching with the known abbreviations CET, EST, CST, etc.
Our local users are not used to working with the Time Zones codes like GMT +/-Â 99:00 and time zones are of a particular importance for us.

PLEASE Make Entering Dates/Times much easier

Intuit and other programs have spoiled me to entering dates/times. Their fields are so incredibly easy.
A. You can enter dates with many different delimiters and it just understands you.
1 2 2023 or 1.2.2023, or 1/2/2023 or 1 2 23 or 1.2.23 or 1/2/23 = 1/2/2023
1 2 or 1.2 or 1/2 or 1-2 = 1/2/current year
B. Entering time is much more intuitive and the colon is not necessary
445 = 4:45 AM unless you have it follow your business hours and if they are say 8-5 then = 4:45PM
1215 = 12:15 AM or if the start field already has a time after 12:15AM it = 12:15PM
1645 = 4:45PM
8 = 8:00 AM or if the start field already has a time after 8:00 AM it = 8:00 PM
9am = 9:00 AM
2pm = 2:00 PM
C. Shortcuts for dates/times are nice too:
t = today
n = now (time)
+ or - = advance or back a day
shift + or - = advance or back an hour
w = first day of current week
k = last day of current week
etc

Limit filtering options on entitylist

For security reasons, specific users can be assigned to specific resources, and it would be nice to limit filtering options only to the the lookup entities related to the resources which the logged user can access to, on entitylist page type.
It is more likely that filtering menu would not have doublets, this way.

Schedule Board - time display across the top of each board - Make it less jumbled

The new schedule board that is being implemented on April 1, 2023 displays the time as 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, etc, if you have the display size set to 100. Once you start to decrease the display size the times across the top start to get smashed together instead of shrinking and adjusting appropriately until you get to the point that they are unreadable and it looks like a two year old scribbled across the top of the schedule board. The refresh button on the right side of the schedule board does not refresh the page like it should either. Can we make the new schedule board work correctly/properly like it did prior to the new schedule board being implemented on April 1, 2023?
