• The Week and Monthly calendar view is not available on the mobile app

    Currently the menu on the mobile device does not include Week or Month.

    While if we open the field service on the pc. The options are available.

    Can these please be included for a future release ?

  • Please stop the activity dates changing when owner is updated

    When the opportunity is assigned to another owner.

    The timeline of all of the activities for tasks, e-mails, Phone calls, notes. Get updated with the time and date that the new owner is changed. As the relationship behaviour out of the box is Parental. then they are set to "Cascade all"

    This then looses the history of when those tasks were performed.

    Scenario

    Someone had been working on opportunities for years.

    They leave the company and a new owner is assigned.

    The new owner has no record of when these conversations or tasks were performed.




  • Calendar control in web browser functionality is not complete

    This is in relation to the fact that the calendar control in the web browser does not behave correctly. Currently it is only supported in the "Mobile" environment.

    We had logged two Incidents

    Ref - 2301120050001450 - Calendar in dashboard defaulting to Day while global setting in personalisation settings is Month

    Ref:- 2301260050001999 - Dashboard is not retaining the information in the Calendar


    1. Open up the Dashboard "Service Engineer" and there are no entries in the diary
    2. Go to Bookable resource bookings
    3. Show as Booking Calendar Control
    4. Go back to "Service Engineer" dashboard
    5. Change the agenda to Month and the entries appear
    6. but they would only show for one month.

    The above steps need to be carried out every time a user goes into the dashboard.
