Configurable table within a form with more than 4 columns and multiple rows that align properly
I need to add a table in a form that is more than 4 columns and can have multiple rows, like a spreadsheet table where you can input fields into each cell. Currently the form function is so awkward where you can have a 2 column TAB with up to 4 columns within each TAB column. You can then add multiple fields in each section but they don't align outside of the column TAB column. You can't currently add a 1 column section across the 2 columns and have it ontop of the 2 columns, it's really bad 1994 form editing. I wish it had the same drag and drop function as SSRS for as MS calls it pixel perfect rendering. Are you with me. Confusing isn't it. Why not just have a configurable table that you insert into a form and then assign fields where you want to. Happy to explain more with diagrams, screen captures and a white board. -
Toggle for "Update End Time" (Y/N) on the Booking Status
The current design of the BRB entity Booking Status updating the End Date/Time impacts our situation of wanting to complete a Booking with the Scheduled End Date/Time values. Currently when you complete a booking, it over-writes the End Date/Time value with a current datestamps Suggestion raised in conversation with Jason Cohen on Yammer: •Toggle for "Update End Time" (Y/N) on the Booking Status •Toggle for "Update Actual Arrival Time" (Y/N) •Toggle for "Update Start Time" (Y/N) •Toggle for "Pause Booking Journal" •Toggle for "Resume Booking Journal" •Toggle for "Split Booking when applied - Complete previous, create copy with new set as scheduled for right now" The problem is that the End Date/Time maps that value into the Work Order, Schedule Board and Invoice and which can lead to incorrect invoicing amounts and incorrect visibility in the Schedule Board I just want the option to have this setting so we don't have to implement complex workarounds Thanks, Dave -
Work with multiple Quick Create forms within the Booking entity
Within the BookableResourceBooking entity I have created a second Quick Create form I want to assign that to a SubGrid I believe the current function is that the Subgrid "+ New Booking" button picks up the first Quick Create form in the form list based on alphabetical ordered listing We should be able to have the function to select in the SubGrid creation process the Quick Create form we want to apply to that SubGrid Again this has been asked in forums since 2015 and probably earlier but not tackled in that time. It would be really helpful in an instance I'm trying to build for a customer. This is Dynamics and it's the year 2020 and it should be more dynamic without JS or convoluted work arounds!

Improve the Recurring Booking function and default dates without JS
I want to have the ability within PowerApps to edit the behaviour of the default Recurring Booking Start and End Dates and Times I want to set the default date to be today's date I want to set the default time to be 8am so you don't have to always scroll the time from 00:00 through the hours I want the "To" date to be updated to be greater than the "From" date like when you go online and book an airline ticket, the "To" date is automatically updated to be greater than the start date. This should be easy to implement. I want to be able to select from different Date/Time themed pickers. Other modern programs have the ability to select a variation of themes for the date/time selection Also do this for any date/time selector field in the whole of Dynamics not just Field Service Please!

Allow Agreement to have no Default Price List
We have instances where we don't want Client Agreements to have any Price List The Price List field is set as mandatory and can't be re-configured as it is hardcoded An Agreement does not always need to be associated with a Price List. This should be an easy one to fix! -
Resource Work hours to be displayed in a table for view and editing in bulk and reporting in Charts and Power BI
Currently in Resources (Bookableresource) you can only add Work hours by the web interface and or add a template. The access to this data by resource is not very usable for charting or reporting in Power BI Can we have the Work Hours entity updated so it can be viewed in a table type View and bulk updated like with Open in Excel Online I want access to the Utilisation data to map into charts and Power BI There is a current limitation where you can only apply a Work Hour template to 25 selected resources at a time. This is not manageable if you need to regularly adjust resource work hours for 1000 resources on a weekly basis The CDS Connector does not allow connection to the Calendarrule table to map resource work hours I've tried using FetchXML to pull the data but that also gives an error. There needs to be a better way. This seems to be a real gap in Field Service capability. The Analytics Report function only provides access to admins and doesn't allow the correlation of other dimensions with the work hours data eg. Weekly Booking hours versus working hours. Team leaders need this data reporting. thanks, Dave
