  • App for Outlook / enhance custom fields for emails

    Hi,

     

    on the old outlook client it was possible to create own custom fields for emails, appointments, etc. 

    Our customer has the strong need to define on every email (incomming & outgoing) which is tracked in CRM the "Contact Reason" (custom optionset) 

    please make it possible to enhance the great App for Outlook with this possibilty to set custom fields in CRM.

  • App for Outlook / for Queue / Shared Mailboxes

    Working on centralized emailaddresse like "support". The web client has certain gaps against the MS Office outlook client. e.g.:

    - Colours

    - Set Reminders

    - spell check

    - Signatures with pictures...

     

    Most clients use before the start with CRM the Share Mailbox approach. unfortunately it is not possible to configure a Shared Mailbox with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

    So these power email users needs to work with the webclient and all the big gaps...

    It would be great if we could in future also make the dyn 365 app for outlook to be able to work on shared mailboxes

     

     

     

     

  • Schedule Board - Optimize Day View

    Scenario: we are planing service jobs in a heavy industry solution for multiple days! As soon as we choose the day view. This view shows on each resource / day cell an aggregation of the numbers of booked hours. We don't need to see the hours, we need to see the Service Job name! Like it is in the hours view. Using in the hours view does not work, because it is limited to 7 days! Please make it possible to deactivate the aggegration and adjust/customize the tile in the day view like it is already in the hours view
